It was sad to say goodbye to the client's favourite, Mini, who has been doing professional photography for Trade Places since our launch. Mini entertained many clients with his funny stories, and wowed them with his brilliant photography. 

The silver lining of Mini moving back overseas, is that we are welcoming a wonderful new photographer, Lisa, to the Wellington team. Lisa takes fantastic photos, and not just of properties! She is well known for her animal and child/baby photography too. Lisa has previously provided photography services for a number of hotels in Wellington for their websites and promotional material.

We highly recommend you pay for professional photography as you want buyers to come flocking, not be turned off by average photos that do not do your property justice. It is a tiny investment, and you won't regret it. It will make your promotional material, such as signage and online advertising, look fantastic.
